Outsourced contact centre, Ventrica which provides niche, high quality customer contact services, has been selected by Bluecrest Health Screening to manage telephone enquiries for its private health screening service. Bluecrest Health Screening is being supported by a '5million marketing campaign and provides services throughout the UK. Managing Director of Bluecrest Health Screening, Peter Blencowe says, 'Currently the cost of health screening is too high for the majority of people. We offer a quality but affordable service to a wider audience, particularly for those aged 50 plus. We needed a partner that could handle large volumes of enquiries and provide our customers with an exceptional level of service that sets us apart from the rest.'

The company is planning to support the growth of its private health screening service through a combination of promotions including direct mail, door drops and advertising in national and regional newspapers and TV.
