In the latest of a series of acquisitions in the contact centre outsourcing space, two vendors have been purchased by Parsec.
Launched in 1990, Pell and Bales are a long established telemarketing agency who were originally set up to provide services to the charity sector and provide services to organisations such as Christian Aid, World Vision & The British Heart Foundation. They have offices in London, Brighton & Glasgow.
Spoken For who already had the same owner (The Panther Group) were based out of the Brighton office and provide services to a whole range of sectors.
Parseq describe themselves as a BPO provider and in addition to their contact centre services, provide services such as finance and accounting. Their clients include British Gas, Bank of America & SAB Miller.
