There are several factors to consider when using a low tiered vendor including the following:
- Technology will generally be weak.
- Data protection will be weak or even non-existent. You are still liable for any data protection breaches within your outsourced partner so be careful
- Turnover of staff will generally be high
- You are likely to receive more complaints.
