(US) has got All-in-One box solution for Contact Centers. We started with
our India operations 3 years back and in this short span of time , We have
setup about 71 contact centers with more than 4000 Seats operational at
almost every corner of India along with our numerous Non Contact Center
Clients .As such our Products and Services have been deployed and are being
used worldwide with a major part of them being operational in bullish
Contact Center Market regions such as ,Taiwan, Shanghai,Beijing,India and
Pakistan. We have products and solutions for Fax on demand, IVR,
Multilocations,IP-PBX,Intra Office PBX,IPLC,VOIP,ACD,VOIP GW's and Contact
centers both Inbound as well as Outbound.

Integrations. We take end-to-end responsibility for any CTI requirements for
a Contact Center including the CRM and other requisites.
