The National Outsourcing Association in The UK hosted their inaugural 'outsourcing professional awards' last week at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel last week. The NOA is often accused of being an 'ITO-centric' organisation but BPO providers (and especially call centre providers) did very well.
The outsourcing rising star award went to Victoria Kane of Conduit and Conduit's success didn't end there. The outsourcing supplier professional of the year went to Mark Cleary also of Conduit.
The outsourcing award for customer services went to 60K from Bulgaria who won the award for their work with Thomas Cook. The best offshored outsourcing team award went to global call centre vendor, Aegis & the award for skills development programme went to Arvato. Well done to all those who won an award.
