This is a very simple process which allows team leaders to think creatively about how they deal with the issue regarding attrition in the contact centre.
Over the last three months the contact centre has had a higher than usual attrition rate. During exit interviews low motivation has been given as the main reason for people leaving.
Your Section Manager has asked you develop an idea to improve the motivation within your team of 10 advisors. Please prepare a presentation on team motivation to last 10 minutes. The presentation can be in a format of your choice but must be relevant to the information you are delivering. You will deliver your presentation to your fellow Team Leaders
