Teleopti wins the prestigious Contact Centre World Member's Choice award – for the third year running

Teleopti today announced that have, for the third year running, been voted as “Best in Class” in the category “Workforce Management Solution” at the annual EMEA Contact Centre World Awards. The award is unique in that it is the users themselves that selects the winner and no judging panel is involved.
Raj Wadhwani, President of Contact Center World presented the award to Teleopti Business Manager, Matt Woodward at a gala dinner in London on Wednesday evening.
