Infosoft and Microsoft Sponsor 2006 Call Center Solutions Expo

Infosoft International Solutions, Inc., a full service information technology solutions provider, in partnership with Microsoft Philippines, recently hosted the Call Center Solutions Expo at the Garden Ballroom of the EDSA Shangri-LA Hotel where over 120 IT and Call Center Operation Executives who mingled and interacted with industry experts and IT solutions providers. 

Joris Spanhoff, Chief Executive Officer of Infosoft, spoke about the different trends and practices in the call center industry. Industry experts from Infosoft, Microsoft and Mr. Roby Krueger, Avaya Technologies CTO for Asia Pacific were also on-hand to talk about IT solutions and concepts in areas of IT Infrastructure, Telephony and Software Solution for the call center industry.

The Expo was participated in by IT solution providers and Infosoft partners: Avaya Technologies, Teledata, Softcare Technologies, Comlan, Poweredge, CA, Infocomm, TrendMicro, ACA Pacific, Quickinfo, Globalstride, IPVG, AG Datacom and Summit Media.
