KASEYA ENLISTS LEAD GENERATORS TO ENSURE A TARGETED SALES CAMPAIGN

 

- V2 Communications creates a qualified database to boost Kaseya’s sales programme among UK managed service providers -

 

13 February 2007: Kaseya, global provider of IT Managed Service Automation (MSA) software, has enlisted the help of V2 Communications, an outbound business-to-business lead generation telemarketing company, to create a database of managed service providers (MSPs). The database, which encompasses MSPs of all sizes, is being produced as part of a new targeted sales initiative to grow sales in the UK. V2 makes initial contact with prospects allowing Kaseya to be confident that the generated leads are well-qualified and relevant.

V2 Communications provides a dedicated member of staff five days a week for seven hours each day to contact relevant and appropriate MSPs and create the database. From this, Kaseya can select companies to approach further and pursue sales potential. So far, five deals have been secured due to the information provided by V2 Communications, with an average value of £65,000.

Kaseya’s relationship with V2 Communications originally came about in mid-2005 when they were contracted for a 3 month fixed-term project to provide a Local Government organisation-orientated database. The success from this encouraged Kaseya to return to V2 Communications when a similar need arose.

Phil Sansom, Managing Director of Kaseya, said, “The main objective here was to create a database which our sales team can use to target prospective customers. It already has in excess of 1000 entries and is continuing to grow. The information is invaluable in determining who we should approach, saving us time and resources. From the 50 leads that V2 Communications are creating each month, we are able to actively pursue at least half of them as valuable potential sales opportunities. Previous companies had only been able to provide confusing and disorganised threads that had no qualitative value.”

Sansom continues, “V2 Communications’ services are very adaptive to our needs, which was a deciding factor in our choosing them – the performance they had provided on our previous projects made them an easy choice. Furthermore, V2 allow us to be flexible in our campaign rotation and changing our message, maximising our potential reach to customers.”

Sansom concludes, “We will soon be moving into the corporate market and we can certainly see V2 Communications being a major part of that shift in focus. They have been so valuable to us so far that they are fast becoming an important factor in our sales process.”
