Welcome to the III. Istanbul Call Center Conference & Expo!
We left many happy memories behind in 2006 at the 2. Istanbul Call Center
Conference & Expo. Istanbul Call Center Awards, which was held for the first
time was a big achievement for everyone. We got excited along with the
crowd, and had a very good time too... We brought many Turkish and foreign
call center "gurus" together during the 2 day long conference. Each, who are
leading experts in their areas with their business ideas, shared their
experiences with the participants. They quoted that similar problems are
being experienced all over the world on issues like managing human resources
and technology.
This year the Istanbul Call Center Conference

which is being held the 3. time, digs these issues deeper. Getting one step
beyond customer satisfaction and loyalty, notions like optimizing quality
and quantitiy, life cycle management and creating a culture inside the call
center are being described. Using these descriptions, prescriptions of using
the call center as a real competitive advantage are given. Secrets of the
call centers who have succesfully applied these prescriptions are being
shared.
