Rumours within the contact centre outsourcing industry suggest that Aquira are about to open their first UK call centre which will be based in Glasgow. Aquira currently provide a number of services including data services where they provide warm leads based on consumer surveys. They also outsource a number of projects to centres based in The UK and offshore. They are also partners for call centre technology distributors. It is unclear whether this new development is as a result of additional client win or will replace their current vendors.
Their clients include Aviva, 3 Everything Everywhere & E-On.
